What to expect
When you come through our doors you’ll be in our gathering area. Members of Lamb of God and our guests visit before entering the sanctuary for worship.
What to Wear?
Come as you are. We aren’t worried about what you’re wearing.
Where to Sit?
Feel free to sit wherever you’d like, whether the front or the back. If you need assistance an usher will help you.
What About the Kids?
Kids of all ages are welcome at Lamb of God. We encourage kids and their parents to grow in faith together as they hear God’s word and sing his praise.
- The pastor delivers a special children’s message right before the Hymn of the Day, which is sung right before the sermon.
- If you need to step out with your child, there is space nearby in the fellowship hall.
- Kids often use the āMy Worship Notesā clipboards and a pencil when they head into the sanctuary to draw pictures or take notes of the service.
What About the Offering?
We gather offerings to support the work of our church to reach out to the community with the good news of Jesus. Giving a first portion and proportional gift of our finances to God is a way to show thanks to God and trust in him to provide.Ā We set aside some of the offerings to support the training of young people to be pastors and teachers. Some of our offerings are also set aside for mission work here in the States and overseas through our church body, the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod.
If you are a guest, please donāt feel obligated to give when you visit our church. If you choose to give a gift to support this ministry, we thank you!
