Series Theme: “In the Middle”
Advent is a season of waiting which we want to get through as quickly as possibleāto arrive at the awaiting Christmas celebration. But Advent is a powerful season for believers, a time when we rehearse a common story of Godās people: waiting on him to fulfill his promises and learning to trust him in our waiting. Believers live in the middleācelebrating his first coming and anticipating his return. This series will consider how to trust Godās promises and look for redemption as we live in the middle.
The readings are Isaiah 64:1-9; 1 Corinthians 1:3-9; Mark 11:1-10; Psalm 80.
