• OUR JOURNEY

Our History

OUR START

Since the year 2000 our church body, Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod, has served Tippecanoe County. Worshiping in classrooms on Purdue’s campus, the Tippecanoe Library and finally at our current facility on Lafayette’s south side. Lamb of God Lutheran Church was founded here in July of 2012 and began reaching out to the residents of Tippecanoe County.

OUR PRESENT

We are a group of people excited to do one thing well: to share with our neighbors that Jesus is the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world (John 1:29)… and that means you. You will see this in the way we gather around God’s message to us in worship and Bible study. You’ll see it as we go out into our amazing community and campus.  But we don’t want you to just observe it. We want you to believe it, have it, and live it with us!

OUR FUTURE

Where are we going? To better serve our community we purchased 10 acres on the corner of Hwy 52 south and Wyandotte Road and plan to break ground on a new facility in 2021.
